Finding The Truth.
With the voting of the midterm election coming up, there are more & more Political commercials everywhere. TV, Radio, social media, lawn signs, everywhere. How do you know what is the truth? Not easy, it would take days of research to find out what is true & what is not.
Bullying is on the rampage and does not seem to be slowing down. Kids are committing suicide because of it. There used to be an old saying “Sticks and Stones may hurt my bones but words will never harm me.” No longer. Words do hurt and are not easily forgotten.
When you are looking for a Realtor to help you buy or sell a home, whom do you believe? Not all Realtors are alike. They will say, I sell in fewer days and make my client more money with the least amount of hassle. So what do you do?
Ask your friends and family which Realtor they used and what kind of service they provided. Another good way to check them out is to talk to the clients who the Realtor has represented. Again, the Realtor may only give you the names of people who give them good reviews but if they are really good, they will give you more names to contact.
Here are a few tips to look for:
-
The best Realtor is someone who is more concerned with helping their client than making money.
-
They treat you with caring, compassion, and utmost the respect.
-
Their client’s experience is the number their one priority
-
They will be your Real Estate Consultant, much the same as a Doctor or Lawyer.
-
They will not tell you what to do or how to do it. They will consult with you and give you advice.
-
They actually listen to their client’s needs and wants.
-
They will give you an opinion based on their knowledge of the market and back it up with written proof.
-
They will be with you every step of the way and will respond to your calls as soon as possible.
-
They do whatever it takes to make every facet of their client’s transaction as smooth and as comfortable as possible.
-
They will not forget you when your transaction is over. You are now part of their client family.
