THERE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT SAWGRASS CONDOMINIUMS IN HOLLAND, MI.
WE WERE AMAZED AT WHAT WE FOUND.
My husband I are getting older and wanted a little more freedom in our lives. My kids suggested moving to a condo. I was not sure I liked that idea as most condos I saw for sale were older or were too high priced as we are on a fixed income, do not have a lot saved, and would not receive much when we sold our home as we still had a mortgage. A friend recommended Susan Compagner, a Realtor from whom she had bought a condo and trusted. After calling Susan, I realized we found the best Realtor in Holland. She sent us a list of condo’s available in Ottawa County for us to look over We did not want a condo that was someone’s left overs so that narrowed the list quite a bit. What amazed us was the best units available were the units at Sawgrass Condominiums on the north side of Holland. THEY WERE NEW AND AT A PRICE WE COULD AFFORD!! Because it was new, we could pick out our wall colors, flooring, appliances, lighting, everything. WOW, were we impressed. It had a lower level that could be finished so my grandkids and great grandkids could stay overnight & my entire family could still come over for special days & holidays. This is just what we were looking for. Less work taking care of home & yard maintenance and freedom co come & go as we pleased plus the neighbors were just like us. Thank you Susan, we will be telling everyone about this place but they better hurry as there are only 29 units left after we paid for our new home.
