“Why choose a condominium community over a house? What’s in it for me?”
That is a good question. However, first I would like to tell you a little story about a couple of condominium communities, Sawgrass Condominiums, and Laketown Crossings. What does it take to build a condominium community? It starts with a vision in the developer’s mind. A vision of wanting to provide a beautiful, quality home for people whose current home is too large or maybe too outdated.
Maybe you want to spend time traveling or want to spend 6 months a year in a warmer climate, but do not want to deal with home maintenance or protection while they are gone. You do not or cannot for some reason perform regular year-round home maintenance such as exterior repair, painting, roof repair, lawn care, snow removal, lawn mowing and putting out sprinklers. A condominium community, which takes care of all these items, is perfect.
However, a condominium community does not spring up overnight. It may take years before they start to build the first unit.
We have created a report that walks you through the eight steps that go into developing a condo community, and how they result in a community for you to enjoy.
We’d love to send you that report for free when you ask below.
